KINGSTON DAY TOUR
 

KINGSTON PENITENTIARY

We start our day in Kingston with a 1.5 hour tour of Kingston Penitentiary. The tour offers you the rare and unique opportunity to go behind the walls of Canada’s oldest and most notorious maximum security prison. Explore the living and working areas of the prison, some dating back to the 1830s. Hear the personalized accounts from former staff and learn about the history and the daily routines, including stories of escapes and riots.

CITY TOUR, MARKET AND LUNCH (lunch not included)

Next, there will be a brief tour through downtown Kingston covering the city's highlights and the downtown shopping district, including the Kingston Public Market which offers the highest quality prepared fresh foods. There will be time for you to have lunch at one of the local restaurants (at your own expense).

1000 ISLAND BOAT CRUISE

After lunch, we head to Rockport where you will enjoy a one hour cruise of the 1000 Islands. This cruise features the Canadian Palisades, Zavikon Island, St. Lawrence Seaway, Boldt Castle, Boldt Castle Yacht House and the vast estates through Millionaire’s Row.
