Tips for Traveling to Newfoundland

1. Pack a variety of clothing so that you can dress in layers. Newfoundland's weather can be quite variable, even in the summer.
2. Make sure you book rental cars, ferries and accommodations well in advance.
3. Try the local food like toutons, moose burgers, fresh fish and scrunchins.
4. Go in July or August for the warmest weather and if you don't like snow.
5. Make sure you talk to the locals. They are the friendliest people you will ever meet!
